‘어떻게 백만장자가 되었냐고? 음... 어렸을 때 나는 동전 하나만 가진 소녀였어.
어느 날 동네 농부에게 가서 사과를 샀지. 그런 다음 시장으로 가서 사과를 동전 두 개에 팔았지.
다음 날 농부로부터 사과 두 개를 사서 다시 시장으로 가서 사과를 동전 네 개에 팔았어.
그 날 이후 매일 농장으로 걸어가서 사과를 사서 시장으로 걸어가서 이익을 내기 위해 팔았어.
그리고 내가 스물다섯 살이 되었을 때 할아버지가 돌아가시며 백만 크라운을 남겼지.’
