케이나이트와 그들의 새로운 여신이 전투에 가담하자, 얼마 지나지 않아 도시의 마지막 수비대는 전멸하거나 생포, 혹은 패주했고, 그와 함께 자유 도시 앤빌가드는 더 이상 존재하지 않게 되었다.

끔찍한 침묵이 도시를 뒤덮었고, 그 정적은 죽어가는 자들의 신음소리로만 깨질 뿐이었다.

다음 날 아침, 충격에 빠진 생존자들이 식량과 진실을 찾아 폐허에서 빠져나왔을 때, 그들을 맞이한 것은 텅 빈 거리, 훼손된 깃발, 그리고 여신 모라시-케인의 하인들이 외치는 신성한 선언뿐이었다.

비늘의 도시 앤빌가드는 더 이상 존재하지 않는다.

이제 이곳은 케인의 도시, 할 쿠롱(Har Kuron)이라 불리게 되었다.
