브라이트스피어에서는 언더시티 유물을 회수·판매하는 과정을 엄격히 관리하여, 특히 위험하거나 오염된 유물이 일반 시민에게 유통되지 않도록 합니다. 적법한 경로를 통해 판매되는 유물을 생성할 때는, GM이 ‘이전 소유자(Previous Owner)’, ‘사악한 지능(Sinister Intelligence)’, ‘단일 제작품(One of a Kind)’ 결과를 무시하고 “등록된 유물(Registered Artefact)”로 처리할 수 있습니다. 이렇게 등록된 유물은 시장에 나오기 전 검증 과정을 거쳤음을 나타냅니다.
또한, 공공장소에서 이 세 가지 특성을 지닌 유물을 소지하고 있으면, 해당 분야 전문가나 법 집행관에게 적발되어 압수당할 위험이 있습니다.
