모집 (Recruitment)
함선 위에서 죽음은 일상이자 숙명이며, 카라드론에게 있어선 더욱 그렇다.

문제는 숙련된 카라드론 승무원을 구하는 일 자체가 매우 어렵다는 것이다 — 특히 하늘 항구 밖이라면 더욱 그렇다.

그룬트호의 승무원들은 일주일을 신규 승무원과의 계약 협상 및 배의 구조와 규칙에 익숙해지도록 돕는 데 보낸다.

신규 승무원의 모집 가능 인원은 그룬트호가 정박 중인 장소에 따라 다르다:

카라드론 스카이포트: 최대 3명까지 모집 가능

지그마의 도시(City of Sigmar): 최대 2명까지 모집 가능

대형 지그마 거점 또는 비지그마 도시: 최대 1명 모집 가능



수리 및 재장비 (Repair and Refit)
‘영원히 나는 것은 없다 — 아카넛 아이언클래드를 제외하면’

이 말은 카라드론 조선공들 사이에 흔히 쓰이는 격언이다. 물론, 잘 관리된 아이언클래드에만 해당되는 말이다.

그룬트호의 승무원들은 일주일 동안 배를 정비하고 수리하는 데 집중한다.

엔드린기술자(Endrineer)는 결함(Fault) 최대 2개를 수리할 수 있으며, 각 결함당 비용은 100D.

장갑(Armour)은 최대 3점을 수리할 수 있으며, 1점당 비용은 50D.

만약 파티원이 수리에 참여할 경우, 일주일 동안 최대 세 번의 DN 4:3 정신(제작) 테스트를 수행할 수 있다.

테스트 성공 1회당 결함 1개 또는 장갑 1점을 추가로 수리할 수 있으며, 비용은 동일하게 적용된다.

이 활동의 일환으로, 그룬트호가 보유한 무기 또는 엔드린 장비를 새로 추가하거나 교체할 수도 있다.
