주문 두루마리(Scrolls of Sorcery): 푸른 서기관들은 영역 전역에서 수집한 완벽하게 필사된 주문 두루마리를 대량 보유하고 있다. 행동(Action)을 사용해 이 두루마리 중 하나를 이용해 무작위 주문 하나를 시전할 수 있다. 이때는 집중 굴림(Channelling Test)이 필요 없으며, 필요한 성공 개수만큼 자동으로 달성된 것으로 간주한다. 이 방식으로 시전된 주문은 해제될 수 없다.

주문 시전(Spellcasting): 푸른 서기관은 주문 시전자다. 기본 주문(Common spells) 전부와 ‘젠취의 축복(Boon of Tzeentch)’을 알며, 그 외 모든 학파(Lore)에서 5개의 주문을 추가로 선택해 사용할 수 있다. 또한 ‘해제(Unbind)’ 재능을 통해 상대 주문을 해제할 수 있다.
