조화가 성장을 계속하였고, 알라리엘의 실바네스들과 지그마의 인간들 간의 협정이 맺어져 <영원한 봄의 땅>의 나무나 숲의 사이에 거대한 도시가 건설되었다.

이런 땅에 통용되는 화폐는 코인이나 무역의 상품이 아닌,노동이다. 이 땅의 백성은 시간을 거래한다.

그 계약은 전통적인 구두 약속과 전달에서 들은 말만으로 행해진다.

뭣보다도, 이 부드러운 계약시스템이 가장 필요로 하는 것은, 종족간의 신뢰와 조화이다.

조화에서 태만으로

잠깐, 명예심에 기초로 한 영원한 봄의 시스템은 기능했지만, 인간의 태만과 이기주의에 의해, 무역조건이 파기되는 것과 함께, 몇 개의 부족 간의 적의가 생겨났다.

종족 간의 관계에는 균열이 생겨, 부족에 의해서 특정한 상대에 대해서 불신과 적의가 생기기 시작하였다.
