9: 타락과 슬픔 (CORRUPTION AND SORROW)
파티는 너글(Nurgle)의 질병으로 타락한 숲을 발견합니다.

썩어문드러진 뒤틀린 나무 하나가 땅에서 솟아 있으며, 주변 땅은 오염되어 있습니다.

그 나무의 중심에는 브랜치위치(Branchwych) 하나가 몸 절반이 나무에 흡수된 채, 고통스러운 얼굴로 갇혀 있습니다.

곧이어 플레이그베어러(Plaguebearer, Soulbound 325쪽) 무리 두 개가 오염된 대지에서 솟아나 공격해옵니다.

각 무리의 강인함(Toughness)은 파티원 수 + 둠(Doom)입니다.

이들을 처치하면, 나무에 흡수된 브랜치위치가 마지막 힘을 다해 파티에 숲을 정화해 달라고 부탁합니다.

그녀는 너무 오랫동안 고통받아 살릴 수 없습니다.

숲을 정화하려면 다음 중 하나를 시도할 수 있습니다:

브라이트 계열 마법(Bright Magic)을 사용하는 캐릭터가 DN 4:2 정신(주문시전, Channelling) 테스트에 성공

회복 기적(Revitalise Miracle, Soulbound 93쪽) 또는 이와 유사한 기적 사용

아쿠아 기라니스(Aqua Ghyranis) 150D 어치를 나무에 붓기

이 정화에 실패하면 둠(Doom)이 1 증가합니다.
